Well, 11 years later maybe I can figure this out?  So much life has happened since I went to start this.  Nearly all of it dog-related.  Becoming the human part of a canine-assisted therapy team with my first, then my second and then my 3rd and 4th dog; learning so much at Denver University's Institute for Human-Animal Connection and completing my certificate in Animals in Human Health, working for and volunteering for Paws and Think, Inc.  And now to becoming a single senior retired woman.  Life is all about changes.  If I can truly figure this out, maybe I'll be back to write more about all of these adventures.
